Strategic Plan: FY 2021-2026
MCS remains a trusted partner to those we support, their families, the community workforce, and our funding agencies. Staying true to our mission, MCS is prepared to respond to anticipated changes over the next five years. The Strategic Plan, covering January 2021 to January 2026, reflects broad input, feedback, and insights gathered from 10 focus groups and surveys. This plan is designed to be adaptive and responsive. Specific operational objectives will align with the goals outlined in each section.
