Adult Foster Care, also known as AFC, is a program for Elderly adults or adults with developmental or physical disabilities who cannot live alone safely.

ABI services include Adult Companion and Individual Supports. Adult Companion services provide opportunities for companionship, socialization, shopping, eating out, going to special events, etc.

Eligible individuals and families customize a weekly support program within a set budget. The program is designed to promote flexibility and empower participants to choose activities based on their personal goals and interests.

Our ABA services include personalized in-home programs for clients ages 3 and up, hands-on parent training to empower families, and social skills groups that help children develop complex social interactions with peers.

The Human Rights Committee at MCS plays a vital role in affirming, promoting, and protecting the human and civil rights of the individuals we serve.

Our staff works with individuals on essential life skills such as money management, grocery and personal shopping, household organization, and accessing important resources like housing assistance and health benefits.
