MCS deeply values the input and opinions of the individuals and the families we support. In order to ensure that those voices are heard, MCS developed two Family Advisory Councils last year. One council is based out of the Holyoke office and meets bi-monthly. The second council advises the Springfield Family Support Center and the SOS program. The group meets bi-monthly in the Westfield office.
